Baker's Delight

So this is where I will begin to share all my baking knowledge and goodness with the world.. It's for my benefit as much as yours so feel free to leave hints and tips / advice in the comments as I may know something that taste good but you might know something that taste WAY better just by adding something a little bit extra...

The posts on this page will have lots of pictures, start to finish with some recipes and just completed products with others... It will include home made traditional biscuits and cakes and possibly some delicately spiced but wonderfully sweet Indian sweet recipes (that's if my mum let's me loose in the kitchen while she is cooking)

Like I said please feel free to leave comments or ask questions as if I don't know the answer straight away it'll probably be a question that I will want to ask someone too which gives me a chance to research !
